O’s Notes: Jared Gold is a young lion on the B3 jazz scene and he’s roaring with a purpose! He assembles a classic organ trio with drummer Billy Hart and Dave Stryker on guitar. Jeremy Pelt (t) makes a guest appearance on three selections most notably on “One For John A”. Gold puts spiritual soul into “Sweet Sweet Spirit” and cooks on the title track. But he also engages his very capable team making“Reemergence“a solid statement. It suggests that Jared will be stirring things up for a while!
