O’s Notes: Guitarist Ronnie Earl knows how to light it up and he does just that on Spread The Love, his latest blues release. His band, The Broadcasters provide strong support with Lorne Entress (d), Dave Limina (p, B3) and Jim Mouradian (b). They rock on “Happy” and sooth on “Miracle”. There are fourteen tracks, all instrumentals as Earl lets his axe do the talking. The pace is varied with a lot for blues fans to enjoy.
