O’s Notes: Songwriter Tom Graf is a veteran on the contemporary jazz and R&B scene for decades. He puts together a Struttin’ session in a brief 28 minutes. He gets help from John R. Burr (keyboards), Dan Feiszli, (b), Phil Hawkins (d), Mike Olmos (flugelhorn), John Gove, trombone and Ray Obiedo (g). We liked the suspense of “Hotel Goodbyes”, “Moodswing” featuring saxophonist Marc Russo, the Latin vibe of “On The Run”, “Davis Street”, and the passionate closer “Enjoying The View”.
