O’s Notes: Lin follows up his successful 2005 debut with more of the same formula. He places his fluid trumpet melodies on top of some catchy riffs and earthy club beats. We liked “Sumthin’ Good”, “Chillin On” featuring guitarist Perry Hughes and the warmth of “All The Way”. “Groovalicious” is a relaxed mellow number for the after work cocktail sip. Lin also introduces Valencia singing with passion on “Get Away”, a hip-hop pleaser, to balance a good session.
