O’s Notes: Incognito has a tried and true contemporary jazz sound that never grows old. Tales From The Beach is the latest release of the formula and it is true to form. JP “Bluey” Maunick and the band are as mellow as ever with 15 new tracks that sizzle. It’s packed with catchy riffs and warm vocal harmonies notably on “It May Rain Sometime” and “Silence Of My Mind”. We give it a solid recommendation on the contemporary jazz side.
