O’s Notes: Steven is a New York-based composer, arranger, trumpeter and leader of several bands. The Millennial Territory Orchestra created in 2006, is the band for his latest album Tinctures In Time, an eclectic, rock, jazz-fusion release, the first employing original music and also the first volume in a four-part Community Music series. “Show Me Your Myth”, “High Light” and “Satori Slapdown” are the best bets.
