O’s Notes: Percussionist Tom Teasley joins forces with woodwind player Seth Kibel responding to a request for something different from the Washington Jewish Music Festival. Their engagement evolved and eventually led to this recording“Tiny Planet, a set that has global influences and an exotic feel. For sure they met the goal of the request. This is something very different but not too much of a challenge to embrace.
