O’s Notes: The mix of Lie’s sax with Garfield’s keyboards defines the first couple of songs in the set. It’s a cool, understated groove that is typified by “Warp 7”. “Runnin Outta Time” has mild funky beats featuring Lie on alto sax. It is followed by “You”, a song with catchy riffs and a strong bass solo from Ernest Tibbs. There are mild pop vocals from Terji on a few tracks notably “Travelers” and “I Want To Love You”. He plays a romantic sax melody on “My Love” before they wrap up with “Silver Streaks”, one of the best tunes of the session. Lie wrote all of the music here and it begs a listen.
