O’s Notes: Carr composed the music and plays jazz guitar in a variety of styles. He opens with the funky “Tee Time” then gives us a taste of Spring with the Latin vibe of “Going Home”. He explodes on “Cadiz Sunset” displaying excellent technique. Carr and Donny McCaslin burn on the “Bleeker Street” including a fleeting bass solo from Tom Baldwin. The title track is pop fusion and “Hidden Agenda” is a soothing ballad. In all cases he fills the bill!
