O’s Notes: The name of the band suggests bebop or modern jazz and that’s exactly what we get. The band is Paul Keller (b), Rick Roe (p), Pete Mills (sax), Dwight Adams (t) and Nate Wynn (d).“Two Birds“consists of two selections by Charlie “Bird” Parker, “Blue Bird” and “Another Hair-Do”. Both are three to three and a half minutes long, like the original and also recorded in mono. While it’s tough to mimic Bird, they bring back memories.
