O’s Notes: Drummer/musical director Bobby Sanabria brings us excellent Puerto Rican jazz on Vox Humana with a strong large ensemble, Mulitverse Big Band. They open with a spirited rendition of “Caravan“ followed by “Capullito de Aleli” featuring vocalist Jennifer Jade Ledesna. Antoinette Montague and Janis Siegel join her on “Puerto Rico”. “Partido Alto” features Ledesna before Montague sings “Let The Good Times Roll”. “Who Taught You That”, “I Love You Porgy” and “Spooky” are also first rate. This is great Latin Big Band!
