O’s Notes: Bria is vocalist, composer and trumpeter Bria Skonberg. She assembles a fine band that includes drummer Matt Wilson, Scott Collet on bass, guitarist Steve Cardenas and Gil Goldstein on keyboards and accordion. They perform 13 tunes, mostly pop & jazz classics and a few originals. They’re all rather jovial including some“With A Twist“of swing notably on “Hit Hat, Trumpet, And Rhythm”, a touch of tango on “Some Kind Of Crazy” and that New Orleans swagger on “Thinking Out Loud”.
