O’s Notes: When a flute is applied to cool jazz, it can result in an incredibly relaxing karma. At the same time, things can get heated up as on “Meet You At The Coda” and “Passion Fruit”. Veteran flutist Dave Valentin still has all of the right stuff to bring these feelings through our speakers. There are Latin flavors abound which add to the heat of this set.
