O’s Notes: Guitarist Pat Martino and B3-master, Gene Ludwig invite drummer Randy Gillespie to round out their cooking blues trio. This set was captured from Martino’s personal collection featuring these musicians when they were Young Guns. The session was originally recorded circa 1968-69 at now defunct Club 118 (Eddie Donaldson’s Shack) in Louisville, KY! This was the music of the time and it still pops today with Martino burning like there was no tomorrow!
