O’s Notes: Ben Besiakov is a first call jazz pianist in Denmark. He’s able to spark up a band as well as anchor the rhythm section. He joins forces here with Ray Drummond (b), Billy Hart (d), George Garzone (sax) and Jens Winther (t) for seven fresh tracks. They swing on blues, venture out a little, add some samba and the requisite standards to balance a good set.
