O’s Notes: While our first thoughts about the combination of Celtic and Salsa music were scary, we were pleasantly surprised. The Latin element dominates with the percussion, vocal chants and brass. But you can feel the beauty of both art forms on tunes like the title track and the “Ave Maria De Escocia Medley”. After listening all the way through a few times we’re anxiously awaiting the next edition!
