O’s Notes: Tito clings to his Latin roots with an album packed with mambo. The percussion and brass accents are in abundance as are the melodic lyrics sung in native Spanish. Guest vocalists Ricky Menendez, Bobby Cruz, Jose Arroyo and Hansel & Ral add variety and spice to the mix. The mood is festive and you’ll be challenge to sit still with the powerful rhythms of songs like “Cua Cua” and “Brisa Azul”. The young Puente picks up where his legendary father, the late “El Rey” Tito Puente left off.
