O’s Notes: From the opener, “Heavy Juice”, this one is swinging. The trades on the melody by Scott and Harry are excellent. Both are playing tenor sax and backed by John Bunch (p), Dennis Irwin (b) and Chuck Riggs (d). The song selections is great including “Groovin’ High”, “Blues Up And Down” and “Ow!”. These songs make you want to dance as snap your fingers. Yes, swing is still alive!
