O’s Notes: Norman has been playing for over 60 years! But where has he been? He has performed behind many jazz stars like Eddie “Lockjaw” Davis, Johnny Griffin and most notably, Joe Williams. About 5 years ago, he decided to step into the leadership role. We’re glad he did. His music flows nicely and is very easy to listen to. This is solid unobtrusive dinner party music.
