O’s Notes: Canadian trumpeter Al Muirhead has a New Orleans swagger in his groove. It’s About Time is his recording debut and a celebration of his heroes and influences. But Al is no rookie musician and this is readily apparent! He’s a renowned first-call artist and also contributes two originals to the set.
