O’s Notes: The combination of Latin with fusion works well, especially on “Homage To Hilario” with an excellent bass solo from Armando Gola. It extends to several syncopated exchanges with drummer Ignacio Berroa while Gonzalo states the melody. We especially liked “Paseo Con Fula and the subtle feel of “Encantation”. This music is moving.
