Requiem For A Jazz Lady is a retrospective tribute to Beverley Jaroz, a lover of jazz who was murdered at 16 in Cleveland in 1964. The mystery of her death remains unsolved. The seven selections capture all associated moods: mystery, horror, surprise and passion. Great liner notes describe the music and the ‘Jazz Lady’ rounding out a fine package of six originals and one cover.
