O’s Notes: This is a well balanced blend of Latin mambo beats with R&B bass lines. Norman leads the charge on congas in a rich percussion section while melodies are handled by sax, flute, vibes and piano. Overall, this is one of the most enjoyable Latin releases for 2000.
