O’s Notes: Sammy plays percussion and Glaucia takes the microphone for Talisman, a collection of ten songs. They are contemporary Latin ballads with percussion-laden rhythms softened by Nasser’s gentle tones. The combinations on songs like “Encontro”, “Passos” and “Um Olhar de Fora” are spot on making this an enjoyable session.
