O’s Notes: This is an explosive performance starting with “I’ll Never Change A Thing About You” featuring spirited solos by drummer Joe Farnsworth, guitarist Peter Bernstein, guest artist Vincent Herring on alto sax and Eric Alexander on tenor sax.“That Feelin’“is a swinging, cool groove held together by Mike LeDonne on the B3. It’s not all rapid-fire as they take it down a notch with a cool arrangement of “At Last”, one of six covers complemented by three LeDonne originals. Herring appears on three tracks and the quartet handles the rest, some blues, some bop and a lot of groove!
