O’s Notes: This is a fine example to display the merits of SACD. It is very difficult to capture the power and grace of a gospel choir – it’s accomplished here! Director Michael McElroy leads the choir, established in 1994 comprised of members from all races, this team all performs on Broadway and have sung in shows like 42nd Street, Hairspray and Les Miserables. Their performances as a team include PBS Specials, Three More Tenors and My Favorite Broadway. They are polished and powerful!
