O’s Notes: This is a solo piano recording by Kenny Werner, one of the best in the business. He was feeling very confident at this session recorded live at the 2011 Montreal Jazz Festival late June. Kenny’s creativity is overflowing with his arrangements of seven classic jazz and pop selections including an original “Balloons”. It is a laid back set that comes to life with dynamics that quiet the dining audience putting them into am appreciative listening mode.
