O’s Notes: This is a solo studio recording from master pianist and composer Laszlo Gardony. The program is all-original except for three unique arrangements of classic jazz tunes notably “Georgia On My Mind” and “Over the Rainbow”. The originals are rather creative from the true to the title “Folk at Heart” to “Truth to Power”. We enjoyed the spirited title track and “Naima” as well.
